Refund Policy

RunnerX LLP

1. All payments made to RunnerX LLP are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Registration fees for any Event, whether on-ground or virtual, once paid, shall be final and shall not be cancelled, refunded, adjusted, credited, transferred, substituted, or carried forward to any other event, category, participant, or future date under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. No refund shall be provided in case of non-participation, inability to attend, or voluntary cancellation by the participant for any reason whatsoever.

4. In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the Event due to any reason, including Force Majeure circumstances, no refund shall be provided.

5. No refund shall be provided in case of cancellation, rejection, or disqualification of registration due to violation of Terms and Conditions, Event rules, or submission of incorrect or false information.

6. Any duplicate payment or technical error resulting in excess payment may be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of RunnerX LLP.

7. All decisions of RunnerX LLP regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
