Registration Timeline

* Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bib Expo & Collection
* Bib Day Date: 14 Nov 2026
Runners must come to the Bib Expo and collect their bib and t-shirt themselves. They must carry:
* Registration confirmation message/email
* One valid government-issued photo ID
If a participant is unable to come personally, then:
* A representative can collect on their behalf
* The representative must carry:
* Their own government photo ID
* Participant’s photo ID
* Participant’s confirmed registration message/email
Participant Benefits
Confirmed participants receive:
* T-shirt
* Non-timed bib on bib day
On race day:
* Participation certificate will be provided
Route Support & Safety
* There will be hydration points along the route
* Medical spots will be available for assistance during the race
Participants must ensure they are medically fit.
Medical health is at their own risk.
Participation Rules
* Participants must respect other persons at all times
* Use of someone else’s BIB or transferring BIB is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification
* All participants must report at the start venue at least 30 minutes before the flagged-off time
* Only registered participants will be allowed on the race track
Restrictions
No wheelchair or wheeled vehicle is allowed in the Half Marathon, 10K Classic, 5K Timed, 3K Dream Run race categories on race day.
Branding & Promotion Policy
Participants of any race category shall not engage in any brand marketing or brand promotion activities of brands other than Event’s Sponsor/Partner brands at the Event.
However, participants who are part of corporate or group registrations are permitted to:
* Use placards
* Use banners
* Wear caps
* Wear t-shirts
to display their company, brand, or NGO name or message.
Modification Policies
Person can update their t-shirt size only once and only before 15 October 2026 in their user dashboard under “My Event” option.
Person can upgrade or downgrade their race category only once and only till 15 October 2026:
* Upgradation will require payment of the remaining fee
* Downgrading will not include any refund of extra amount
Custom Bib Option
Participants can take a new bib number as per their choice:
* Allowed only once
* Available only till 15 October 2026
* Accessible via user dashboard → My Event section
Custom bib / VIP bib will cost additionally depending on:
* Availability
* Demand of that bib number
Event Authority
Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms at any time.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for participation in the selected race category of the event. Any inclusions such as t-shirt, medal, refreshments, timing certificate, or any other offerings are provided as part of the event experience and are subject to availability and event arrangements.
Any additional offers, promotions, or benefits provided by sponsors, partners, or brands are independent of the registration fee and are not guaranteed.

How to Apply
To participate in the 3K Dream Run, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign In / Create Account
* Click on the Register Now button available in the header section of the website
* If you already have an account, enter your registered email and password to log in
* If you are a new user, create an account by providing:
* Full Name
* Mobile Number
* Email Address
* Password
Step 2: Access Registration Form
* Once logged in, and if event registrations are live, you will be automatically directed to the event registration form
Step 3: Fill Registration Details
* Complete the registration form by entering all required participant details accurately
* Review all information before proceeding
Step 4: Make Payment
* Proceed to payment to confirm your registration

Step 5: Confirmation
* Upon successful payment, your application will be submitted
* You will receive a registration confirmation message/email
