HALF MARATHON
1. Information

* Start Timing: Will be around 4:00 AM. Final timing will be shared with all participants prior to race day.
* Cut-off Time: 3.5 hours for both male and female participants
* Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years as on race day

* Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bib Expo & Collection
* Bib Day Date: 14 November 2026
Runners must come to the Bib Expo and collect their bib and t-shirt themselves. They must carry:
* Registration confirmation message/email
* One valid government-issued photo ID
If a participant is unable to come personally, then:
* A representative can collect on their behalf
* The representative must carry:
* Their own government photo ID
* Participant’s photo ID
* Participant’s confirmed registration message/email
Participant Benefits
Confirmed participants receive:
* T-shirt
* Timed bib on bib day
On race day:
* Finisher who have completed race within cutoff time will receive:
* Timing e-certificate
* Finisher medal
* Post refreshments
Finisher medal will be received at the finish line only.
No courier will be made for medals under any circumstances.
Timing, Results & Certification
For timing, RFID tags will be used for timing calculation for timed category.
* Provisional result will be available to download within some hours of race completion
* Timing certificate will be available to download through official timing partner’s website within 21 days
Only those participants who complete the race within 3.5 hours will be eligible for timing certificate.
Only eligible participants will be provided timing certificates.
RunnerX may at its sole discretion not accept timing certificates of such running events.
The decision of RunnerX shall be final and binding.
Route Support & Safety
* There will be hydration points along the route
* Medical spots will be available for assistance during the race
Participants must ensure they are medically fit.
Medical health is at their own risk.
Participation Rules
* Participants must respect other persons at all times
* Use of someone else’s BIB or transferring BIB is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification
* All participants must report at the start venue at least 30 minutes before the flagged-off time
* Only registered participants will be allowed on the race track
Restrictions
No wheelchair or wheeled vehicle is allowed in the Half Marathon, 10K Classic, 5K Timed, 3K Dream Run race categories on race day.
Branding & Promotion Policy
Participants of any race category shall not engage in any brand marketing or brand promotion activities of brands other than Event’s Sponsor/Partner brands at the Event.
However, participants who are part of corporate or group registrations are permitted to:
* Use placards
* Use banners
* Wear caps
* Wear t-shirts
to display their company, brand, or NGO name or message.
Modification Policies
Person can update their t-shirt size only once and only before 15 October 2026 in their user dashboard under “My Event” option.
Person can upgrade or downgrade their race category only once and only till 15 October 2026:
* Upgradation will require payment of the remaining fee
* Downgrading will not include any refund of extra amount
Custom Bib Option
Participants can take a new bib number as per their choice:
* Allowed only once
* Available only till 15 October 2026
* Accessible via user dashboard → My Event section
Custom bib / VIP bib will cost additionally depending on:
* Availability
* Demand of that bib number
Event Authority
Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms at any time.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for participation in the selected race category of the event. Any inclusions such as t-shirt, medal, refreshments, timing certificate, or any other offerings are provided as part of the event experience and are subject to availability and event arrangements.
Any additional offers, promotions, or benefits provided by sponsors, partners, or brands are independent of the registration fee and are not guaranteed.

How to Apply
To participate in the Half Marathon (21.1 KM), please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign In / Create Account
* Click on the Register Now button available in the header section of the website
* If you already have an account, enter your registered email and password to log in
* If you are a new user, create an account by providing:
* Full Name
* Mobile Number
* Email Address
* Password
Step 2: Access Registration Form
* Once logged in, and if event registrations are live, you will be automatically directed to the event registration form
Step 3: Fill Registration Details
* Complete the registration form by entering all required participant details accurately
* Review all information before proceeding
Step 4: Make Payment
* Proceed to payment to confirm your registration

Step 5: Confirmation
* Upon successful payment, your application will be submitted
* You will receive a registration confirmation message/email

5. Prize Money Rules
Prize Money Rules
The following rules, terms, and conditions shall apply to all participants eligible for prize money in the Half Marathon (21.1 KM) category of the event:
Result Declaration
Race results announced on race day will be considered provisional. Final results, rankings, and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to verification in accordance with these rules and the official race regulations.
Category Clarification
* Prize money will be awarded based on overall rankings only
* Prize money will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers based on official race results
* In addition to overall rankings, age category classifications will be applicable
* Age category winners will receive trophies only. No cash prize will be awarded for age categories.
Eligibility for Prize Money
Participants shall be eligible for prize money only if they meet all of the following conditions:
* The participant must be officially registered for the event
* The participant must start the race from the designated start line at the official start time assigned to their category
* The participant must complete the full race distance within the official cut-off time
* The participant must have valid timing recorded through RFID timing systems across all timing checkpoints, including start, intermediate, and finish points
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall result in disqualification from prize money eligibility.
Route Compliance & Fair Participation
All participants are required to strictly follow the official race route as defined by the Event Promoter.
Any participant who:
* Does not follow the official race route
* Takes any form of shortcut
* Uses any unauthorised assistance including but not limited to bike, cycle, vehicle, or any external pacing support
* Misses any mandatory timing checkpoint or does not have timing data recorded at required checkpoints
shall be immediately disqualified from the competition and will not be eligible for timing results, rankings, or prize money under any circumstances.
Start & Timing Rules
* Participants must start the race only from the official start point
* Starting from any other location or at any other time will result in disqualification
Finish positions for prize money shall be determined based on timing methodology defined by the Event Promoter, which may include net timing (chip time) or any other applicable standard.
All timing data must be successfully captured through the official timing system. Any missing or inconsistent timing data may lead to disqualification from prize eligibility.
Anti-Cheating & Verification
Prize eligibility is strictly subject to verification through:
* RFID timing data captured across all timing mats
* Physical verification by race officials
* Monitoring through anti-cheating systems, cameras, or any other verification methods used by the Event Promoter
Any participant found to have:
* Interchanged or transferred their running bib
* Used someone else’s bib
* Engaged in unfair practices or violated race rules
shall be disqualified and will not be entitled to timing results or prize money.
Documentation Requirement
All prize winners may be required to submit the following documents for verification:
* Valid government-issued photo identification
* Age proof (if applicable for category-based prizes)
* Any additional documents as requested by the Event Promoter
Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in withholding or cancellation of prize money at the sole discretion of the Event Promoter.
Prize Money Disbursement
* Prize money shall be disbursed only through NEFT bank transfer
* Prize money will not be distributed on race day under any circumstances
* The disbursement process will be completed within 45 days from the race date, subject to verification and documentation
All prize money is subject to applicable TDS and government taxes, which shall be deducted as per prevailing laws.
Authority & Final Decision
All decisions related to:
* Race results
* Rankings
* Eligibility for prize money
* Disqualification
shall be made solely by RunnerX (Event Promoter).
No participant, third party, or individual shall have any right to demand, dispute, or claim prize money beyond the official results and decisions declared by the Event Promoter.
The decision of RunnerX shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable in all cases.
Protests & Result Queries
Any queries or objections related to race results must be submitted within the timeline communicated after the event.
Requests received after the specified deadline may not be entertained. The Event Promoter reserves the right to review and decide on all such matters.
Prize Money Disclaimer
The prize money structure and amounts are subject to the sole discretion of RunnerX (Event Promoter) and may be revised, modified, or updated at any time prior to final result declaration.
Participants are advised not to rely on any unofficial or misleading information regarding prize money. Only the information published through official event channels shall be considered valid.
Participation in the event should not be solely based on prize money expectations. The Event Promoter reserves the right to make final decisions regarding prize money allocation, eligibility, and distribution.
Event Rights
The Event Promoter reserves the absolute right to:
* Verify, modify, or update race results
* Withhold or cancel prize money in case of rule violations
* Amend, update, or revise these rules at any time without prior notice
